Our Kitchen
Lunch is planned to come from the same kitchen as the Japanese creative course served in the evening.
Seasonal produce arrives from the fishermen and farmers of Atsuma, and the way we work with whatever comes in that day does not change between midday and evening.

Can you have lunch in Atsuma?
We are planning to start serving lunch in September 2026. Until then, there is a dinner-only day plan for one group per evening, from around ¥12,000.
How much will lunch cost?
From around ¥3,000 per person is planned. The menu and the final prices will be announced on this page and on Instagram once they are decided.
When can I book?
The timing and the method for taking bookings will be announced once the preparations are further along. The latest news is on this page and on Instagram (@auberge_mitsu).
Can I come for lunch without staying the night?
Lunch is planned to be open to guests who are not staying overnight.
