What time are check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00, and check-out is at 10:00.

Can I come for a meal without staying the night?

Yes. There is a day plan for one group only, built around the dinner the head chef puts his care into, from around ¥12,000, and it can be booked through CHILLNN.

How do I get there?

About 30 minutes by car from New Chitose Airport, about 15 minutes from Atsuma IC on the Hidaka Expressway, about 18 minutes from Tomakomai Ferry Terminal (East Port) and about 16 minutes from JR Hayakita Station. The address is 244-1 Toyosawa, Atsuma, Yufutsu District, Hokkaido.

Is there parking?

There are 10 free parking spaces. No reservation is needed.

How much do children cost?

Preschool children (0–6) stay free, without bedding or meals. Lower primary school age (7–9) is 50% of the adult rate, and upper primary school age (10–12) is the same as the adult rate.

How can I pay?

Cashless payment only. We cannot accept cash.

Is there a shuttle service?

We are sorry, there is no shuttle service. Coming by car is the easiest way, and it is about 30 minutes from New Chitose Airport.

Can I bring a pet?

We are sorry, pets cannot stay with us.

Is there a television in the rooms?

There is no television in the rooms. This is a house that keeps its quiet, and we hope you will spend the evening with the sound of the forest.

What is the bath like?

Every room has its own indoor goemon-style soaking tub in Shigaraki ceramic ware, looking onto the forest of Atsuma, so you can take your time over it. The water is heated; it is not a natural hot spring. There is no shared large bath.

Can I stay on my own?

Yes, we take bookings for a single guest. Current availability and rates are on the booking site (CHILLNN).

Can you cater for food allergies or ingredients I would rather avoid?

Yes. The Japanese creative omakase course can be adjusted if you let us know in advance about allergies or ingredients you would rather not eat. Please tell us when you book.
