About 30 minutes by car from New Chitose Airport, and about 15 minutes from the Atsuma interchange. It works for the first night of a trip through Hokkaido, and for the night before or after a flight. You can step out of the timetable and into the time of the forest.
Mailabuta, the pork of Atsuma; Nanatsuboshi rice; free-range eggs; and the hokki surf clams the town is known for. Ingredients come from the fishermen and farmers of Atsuma and the area around it, and we serve them as a Japanese creative course. What the land gives is what arrives at the table.
